  1. Make coffee in a pan then add sugar & stir until dissolved. I used an 8 in 1 boiled water then added the coffee granules..

  3. Cover & put into the fridge to completely cool & for the flavours to infuse. About 30+ minutes.
  4. Turn ice cream machine on, paddles turning pour into the machine.
  5. Leave for about 50 minutes until paddles struggle to turn & machine is squeaking. Turn off machine & take paddles out..
  6. Serve immediately or keep in machine setting on cool for upto 30 minutes (i cooled for 10 minutes) or put into freezeable container & freeze. I got 600 grams.
  7. I served my tester in a glass (didnt have smaller one, with left over single cream & a straw) great for get togethers or Christmas Enjoy…
