  1. In a large kadai, add water and let it boil. Once it starts boiling, add adai..

  6. In another pan, add the remaining ghee. Once it gets heat, add cashews and raisins. Let it fry in medium flame till it turns light brown colour. Take it out and keep aside in a bowl..
  7. To the same pan, add coconut pieces and fry in medium flame till it turns light brown colour. Pour this and the cashews raisins in the payasam mixture. Mix well. Let it cook for 5 mins in medium flame..
  8. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely..
  9. Then add coconut milk to it. Mix well..
  10. Transfer to a bowl. Now it's ready to serve..
