Ingredients of Tofu/awara
- It’s of Soya beans.
- Prepare of Sour water(ruwan tsari).
- It’s of Oil for frying.
- Prepare of Sauce.
- Prepare of red pepper.
- You need of scotch bonnets.
- It’s of Spring onions.
- You need of Seasonings.
- It’s of Salt.
- You need of tblspn oil.

- Wash and Soak soya beans for 1hour.
- After an hour wash,sieve and grind until well ground.
- Add more water to the paste and sieve in a big pot as we are using the milk color extract,rinse until the water comes out clear.
- Place the pot on fire and allow to boil…when it boils add in the sour water gradually you will notice it to foam clots add more sour water until the water become light in yellow.
- Sieve it using a clean kitchen cloth(also known dankwalin tata) always use for sieving then you tie it up not too hard.
