- Prepare 2 tbsp of 2 tablespoons almond milk (or greek yogurt).
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.

- Slice and freeze banana over night or for 4+ hours.
- Get out your blender and add greek yogurt (or almond milk) then add vanilla and the banana..
- Start blending the banana. It might be a little chunky at first, but it will become creamy..
- Eat it now, or put it in a container and freeze it for 2+ hours (for optimal texture).
